Policies
We provide a custom link with custom pricing to send to your guests, who book individually. We handle all communication around modifications, cancellations, checkin and on-site support. We take a refundable deposit for rooms which is returned once rooms have either been rented or returned back to publicly available inventory by a certain date.

private meals
We offer quiet gathering spaces with great natural light, 1 gigabit fiber optic internet, and outdoor options if the weather cooperates, for parties up to 75 on one level or 125 on 2 levels. Coffee, breakfast, lunch and dinner can be included.
Menus vary seasonally and feature fresh, local ingredients. All quotes are priced per person. We offer passed appetizers, buffet, family style, and plated service options. Overnight accommodations can be included as well, based on availability.
