Please note that none of our rooms have televisions–an intentional choice!

The ultimate adventure pad for a group, Monroe Skyline is a 3-BR 2-BA apartment with full kitchen that sleeps 6, and an optional adjoining bunk room and bathroom that sleeps another 6, which can be rented separately.

The second-story apartment features a private deck, high vaulted ceilings, brand new full kitchen, bar and dining table that seats a total of 10, large couch and sitting area, 2 king rooms and a queen room each with gear closets, tiled bathroom with a shower and oversized deep bathing tub, private bathroom with glassed-in shower in the main king room, and sweeping views of the property, pond and nearby hills out of each window. The adjoining bunk room sleeps 6 with an oversized bathroom with double sink and separate toilet room.

Our cozy cabins offer a perfect retreat with a queen bed, gear closet, desk with a stool, and a welcoming covered deck. The bathroom is designed for ultimate comfort, featuring luxurious radiant floor heating that keeps your feet warm while you unwind. You'll also find a refreshing shower, a single-sink vanity, and bath products by Ursa Major, enhancing your experience of relaxation and rejuvenation.

Our brand new Folsom King rooms feature a different more modern style with polished concrete floors, beautiful tiled bathrooms, covered porches, large custom built desks, and lots of space (over 350SF each). Interconnecting doors between different Folsom Brook rooms makes it easy to accommodate groups ranging from individuals up to a party of 11.

Interconnected with a Folsom Brook King, the King Plus sleeps 3 (or 5 with the adjoining King) thanks to an extra nook with a twin bed.  The spacious bathroom includes a deluxe shower with both rain head and hand-held.

Interconnected with a Folsom Brook King, the Folsom Brook Suite sleeps 4 (or 6 with adjoining King). This 2-room suite includes a separate room with loft-style bunk beds. The bathroom is also split in two, with toilet and vanity in one room and oversized deluxe shower and vanity in another room.

At the far end of the hotel, the Waterfall Suite sits in the Folsom Brook river corridor just steps from the Madbush Falls itself. A large room with vaulted ceilings and a mudroom, an extra room with sliding barn door and 2 twin beds dubs as a den/sitting area with glimpses of the waterfall out the window. This “mini cabin” is adorned with warm walls of white pine milled directly from the property. The upfit bathroom includes a combined jacuzzi tub and shower. Out the front door is an open deck bathed in sunset light, out the back door is a quiet lawn in front of the waterfall.

In the warmer months, the sun sets directly over the horizon from the Sunset King rooms. These spacious rooms have new carpets, large custom desks and vaulted ceilings. The upfit bathroom includes a combined jacuzzi tub and shower. Just out the front door is an open deck bathed in sunset light; out the back door is a quiet lawn in front of the waterfall.

One of the most unique rooms at Madbush Falls, with hardwood floors, king bed, desk, and a glowing orb of a chandelier. The bathroom has a playful confetti tile with a bath/shower combo that has grab bars and a seat. Note that this room is very close to the restaurant, providing easy access but also more background noise during meal periods.
